๐ŸOur beliefs are habits of thought we have. And because they are simply habits, we know how we got them and how to change them, too. 

๐ŸHabits are things we think/do without conscious attention or being aware of them. 

๐ŸThe moment we are aware of what we are thinking/doing, it's no longer a habit. It's a choice. Thus, we can change our habits by making conscious choices!
