- What have we do? First thing is write down our goal, the things we like specifically.
- We have to use our time very effectively.
- Work and focus on people strength.
- Don't impose your goal on them. Let everybody decide what they want accomplish themselves.
- The association you come through in the business is absolutely priceless.
